{Orange County Family Photographer}- What a difference a year makes!

I can't believe how quickly this year has flown by! It's so amazing to see what a difference one little year makes in the lives of the people we love. Last year my bestie's family was getting ready to welcome their second son. (You can see their then little family of 3 HERE.) This year, their sweet baby boy is 11 months and as cute as can be!! "C" has grown up so much, and become such a great big brother, and very smart kid. Its always a great time taking your pics. I hope you love them! This beautiful family belongs to one of my BFF's. They looked absolutely amazing and ready for their Christmas pictures, but one of the kids wasn't feeling to well and did not feel like having his picture taken AT ALL that day.. so we did our best and got what we got.  BUT, the pictures that we did get were worth their time, and even the one where he is crying and everyone else is smiling (not featured here) is a memory that they will have forever. Everyone has to have at least ONE picture with a crying kid or pouty face! Those are usually the most cherished and can be used against them when they are teenagers! LOL :)

I have photographed this adorable family quite a few times and am extremely grateful for their loyalty and trust. They are definitely one of my favorite families! Their sweet little one is 1 year old and is now a walking machine. She is so tiny and fun, and so tough at the same time. I just adore her!! And big brother is a big bad first grader now. {Orange County Newborn Photographer}- Sleepy and gorgeous Malia

Beautiful, sweet Malia!! She was so so sleepy!! I have not had the pleasure of shooting many GIRL newborns this past year, and I've accumulated quite the prop selection (headbands, girly blankets, etc) that I have been dying to use!! She was already a modeling pro! Oh, and watch out Daddy, this girl is going to be GORGEOUS. :) Thank you "L" family for letting me take her first portraits! I hope you enjoy them. Congratulations Mommy and Daddy and Big brother, on your new baby girl!! Oh, and Grandma, I'm with you on hoping those eyes are blue! LOL! xo

{ Los Angeles County Newborn Photographer} - Baby Mason

This handsome little guy was a little over 3 weeks old at the time of his shoot, which did make things a little difficult, but his mommy and I stuck it out, and I was still able to get a couple great shots of him for his family to cherish. The B family has been a family of four with two sweet little girls for a few years now, and have now been blessed with a baby boy. It seems like their family has been made complete. :) His big sisters were so good with him, and will be great helpers to Mommy and Daddy, I'm sure. Congratulations again to your beautiful family!!

Sweet baby Jake, is the newest and 3rd baby to bless my dear friends the J family. He has an adorable, silly big sister (my sweet Goddaughter) and a super sweet big brother (who just turned one!). He is sure to be spoiled rotten by his big sister, and I'm sure the two boys will be best buds! I can't wait to see them grow up together!! Its been so neat to watch their family grow up to this point. :) I love his sweet little face! He was pretty alert most of the session, but with the help of some Mommy magic, he fell asleep for a few sleepy shots. Congratulations again on your newest bundle of joy! I love you guys!! xoxo

8 Days New {Orange County Newborn Photographer}

This sweet baby boy made his debut a couple weeks early, but just at the right time for his Mommy. He was 8 days new at the time of our session, and he did perfect! He was so patient with me moving him all around right when he got comfortable. :) He is one lucky little guy to have such sweet, loving parents. Congratulations K Family!!! Alexis Class of 2011! {Senior Photographer}

This gorgeous Senior, Alexis and I spent the afternoon at Shoreline Village in Long Beach to create some unique photos of her as she gets ready to graduate high school and move on to college. She is very active in school and in her community, and after spending a few hours with her, I can see why she is also extremely well liked. Alexis will be attending UCSD in the fall. Thank you for the opportunity to take your pictures! I had an amazing time, and I hope you love them. I know you will be very successful in your next big adventure! Guess who is turning ONE!? This sweet little ANGEL we are all so proud of! A year ago we were praying for a miracle. And now we will be celebrating her first year of life. The power of prayer, postive thinking, and a loving, strong, faithful Family was all she needed. This little cookie is so much fun, so sassy and so stinkin' cute!! Her parents have allowed me to document her first year life, and I could not be any more honored. When I suggested a cake smash her Mommy had a different idea in mind, to go along with her "Milk & Cookies" themed party. I absolutely LOVE the way it turned out! Its different, its fun, and it keeps the theme tied together! Not too mention, she had a blast with those cookies!

As promised, here are a few more from my weekend long session (visit!) with my newest cousin Gianna. I had such a good time hanging out with her and her big sister O, along with her big cousin Ash, Auntie Bean and Mommy and Daddy. When her sister O was born, I went out to visit for the weekend also, and I am so glad I did it again for G. It such a special time for their family, and even though they are not in Cali anymore, I wanted be there for them and see her at her squishiest! (is that a word!?) :) I really should have got a couple of O and Ash but it was hard enough doing some of G! Congratulations cousin. I love you very much and am so proud of your beautiful, growing family!!!! xoxoxo

New Cousin Gianna!!

This is where I was this past weekend. I went to visit my sweet new cousin in AZ. Isn't she adorable?!!! We basically had a weekend long newborn session. :) Poor baby was probably happy that I had to go home! I will get more posted soon!! xoxo

Pretty in Pink...

This sweet girl, is lucky to have two adorable, fun, smart big brothers to teach her, love her and protect her for the rest of her life. They are already so good with her, and she already has them all wrapped around her little finger. :) My favorite part about this session, was how excited these boys were to help me get set up and pick out props and colors. They are so helpful and truly happy to have a new sister!! Congratulations "H" Family on your newest bundle of joy, and thank you again for letting me into your home to create these memories. :)
