This gorgeous couple is enduring what may be the most trying time in their relationship. He is serving our country in Afghanistan, away from his family and his love. She is here, waiting for him, missing him and praying for him to come home soon and safe. I've always thought to myself that I would never be able to handle being a military wife. And now, knowing these two, it confirms all those thoughts. I don't know how anyone can do it. How they can be so strong, and graceful while there is a big hole in their hearts. But Janice is. She is so faithful in the Lord, confident in her and Victor's love, and proud to be waiting here for her Soldier. She is an inspiration, and a blessing. I am so grateful for the sacrifices that they have made, and for the sacrifices all of the country's military wives, children and parents make every day.
